Order Processing
We typically process all orders within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
During busy periods, there may be slight delays. If your order is significantly affected, we’ll be sure to notify you via email.
Preorders
If your order includes a preorder item, please note that it will ship separately once the item becomes available, based on the estimated release window listed on the product page. Please keep in mind of the preorder window to be complete and allow the processing time for the order prior to receiving your item. If you order in-stock and preorder items together, the entire order may be held until the preorder is ready to ship—unless otherwise noted. We’ll keep you updated via email with any changes or delays.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged items to support your claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
