At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective product, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to shredandseek@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue along with your packing slip so we can take care of it as quickly as possible.

Since our products are designed for infants and toddlers, we're especially careful about product safety and hygiene. For this reason, we can’t accept returned items—we need to ensure that every item we ship is clean, uncontaminated, and safe for little ones from any allergies or sensitivities.
