Every piece we create is made to order — handmade just for you once you place your order. That means your garment isn’t sitting on a shelf waiting around… it’s being thoughtfully crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail.

Making items to order helps us reduce overproduction and waste (yay for the planet 🌎) and ensures each piece is carefully inspected and made right the first time.

Because your item is custom made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Since our products are designed for infants, toddlers, and youth, we're especially careful about product safety and hygiene. For this reason, we can’t accept returned items—we need to ensure that every item we ship is clean, uncontaminated, and safe for little ones from any allergies or sensitivities.

If you receive a defective product, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to shredandseek@gmail.com with order number in the subject line, a clear photo of the issue, along with your packing slip so we can take care of it as quickly as possible.
